This website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Theta Daddies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Theta Daddies," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://www.thetadaddies.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Theta Daddies is an educational trading community, not a financial advisory service. All content shared in Discord, courses, emails, or live sessions is for educational purposes only. Trading options involves substantial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and results.

By joining, you agree to accept full responsibility for your capital, understand that no profits are guaranteed, and that sharing or redistributing proprietary Theta Daddies content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms should be read together with the Trade Daddy End User License Agreement (if you use the Trade Daddy software product) and the Theta Daddies LLC Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA on matters relating to the software product, the EULA governs.

Privacy

Your use of https://www.thetadaddies.com is subject to Theta Daddies LLC's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.thetadaddies.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications

Visiting https://www.thetadaddies.com or sending emails to Theta Daddies constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Site or any services offered by Theta Daddies. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Theta Daddies does not permit use of the platform's trading-related tools, educational courses, or community by persons under the age of 18. If Theta Daddies becomes aware that a user is under 18, the account will be terminated immediately.

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Theta Daddies and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Theta Daddies offers the following refund and cancellation policy for subscriptions and digital products:

30-Day Refund Window: Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date will be considered and processed at Theta Daddies's discretion. To request a refund, contact info@thetadaddies.com with your order details.
After 30 Days — All Sales Final: After the 30-day window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by emailing info@thetadaddies.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to premium features through the end of your paid billing period. Access will be revoked at the conclusion of that period.

Community Conduct (Discord)

Theta Daddies's Discord community is provided exclusively for educational discussion and community engagement. By participating in the Discord community, you expressly agree that you will not:

Post, share, or distribute specific trading recommendations, buy/sell signals, or investment advice of any kind.
Represent yourself as a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment professional.
Solicit other members to follow specific trades or investment strategies.
Share or redistribute any proprietary Theta Daddies content, analysis, alerts, or course materials.
Engage in any conduct that could be construed as the unlicensed practice of investment advisory services.
Harass, threaten, demean, or engage in abusive behavior toward other community members.

Theta Daddies reserves the right to remove any content and terminate Discord access for any violation of these conduct rules, without notice or refund.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://www.thetadaddies.com strictly in accordance with these Terms. You warrant to Theta Daddies that you will not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations thereof — is the property of Theta Daddies or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, transfer, sell, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any Site content without express written permission.

Links to Third-Party Sites / Third-Party Services

https://www.thetadaddies.com may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under the control of Theta Daddies, and Theta Daddies is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Theta Daddies. Certain services available via the Site are delivered by third-party organizations. By using such services, you consent to Theta Daddies sharing necessary data with those third parties as required to deliver the requested functionality.

Third Party Accounts

You will be able to connect your Theta Daddies account to third-party accounts. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites. If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Theta Daddies LLC from offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Theta Daddies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, any content you post, any violation of these Terms, any violation of third-party rights, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. THETA DADDIES LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THETA DADDIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THETA DADDIES LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Termination / Access Restriction

Theta Daddies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for any conduct that Theta Daddies believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Theta Daddies, or third parties, or for any other reason at Theta Daddies's sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming for all disputes not subject to arbitration under this Agreement.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan, Wyoming, or such other location as the parties mutually agree. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THETA DADDIES LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THETA DADDIES LLC.

Changes to Terms

Theta Daddies reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For material changes, Theta Daddies will provide at least 14 days' advance written notice to registered users via email to the address associated with their account. Non-material clarifications may be made without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the Site following notice of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
